The good thing about rainy days is that I get to pull out this amazing, swingy raincoat. I bought it a few years ago at H&M and it has served me well through much yucky weather. I've had coats on the mind lately, especially this one. I have dreams about that velvet collar... it's too good. Fortunately I can stop coveting because yesterday morning I found the perfect vintage gray coat. It doesn't have a velvet collar but it's perfect in every other way. Even the lining is an excellent shade of mauve. And the price was much more wallet-friendly... now I have pennies left over for whatever new treasure I find next.

I love my little thrifted trenchy. It's lightweight and easy to throw on or off.
I really don't like wearing coats so its good to find one that is as cute as your outfit underneath! :)
